HOW TO BOOK

Arrangements for hosting Heather to attend your event will include honorarium, hotel accommodation, local event ground transportation either by rental car/mileage or transportation arrangements by host, and economy round-trip airfare from SBN, GRR, or AZO airport (unless traveling from another event), ground transportation cost to and from the airport, and parking. Please be assured that the best possible fare and costs are sought out.
